Chef Ariana earned her Grand Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center, New York, in July 2018, after graduating from West Orange High School in 2007.

Her career highlights include her recent role as Sou Chef at Tin Building by Jean-Georges, where she ensured adherence to high standards and maintained a thorough knowledge of recipes and food quality. She also served as Chef de Partie and Line Cook at the same establishment.

Previously, she was an Executive Dining Cook at JP Morgan Chase, leading the Garde Manger station and managing bread production and fermentation projects from 2018 to 2022. Her career began with an externship at Bar Boulud, where she developed her skills in preparing hot and cold foods and managing kitchen stock.
